POLICIES

🗓️ Booking & Scheduling

    •    Deposit Requirement: Non-refundable deposit required to secure appointment.

    •    Rescheduling: Clients must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance or forfeit deposit. $50 fee will be added to all future appointments if not cancelled without a 48HR notice. 

We understand that unexpected situations, illness, or emergencies can happen. We truly empathize with that. However, please remember that when you book an appointment, our team reserves that time specifically for you. We prepare our space, equipment, and adjust our schedules to provide you with the best service.

 

For this reason, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, including same day cancellations due to illness or emergencies, will still incur a late cancellation fee.  

    •    Late Arrivals: Grace period (usually 10–15 mins); beyond that, appointment may be canceled or rescheduled with new deposit.

    •    No-Shows: Considered a forfeiture of deposit and may require full payment to rebook.

💳 Payment & Refund

    •    Non-Refundable Transactions: All transactions are final sale; no refunds.

    •    Non-Transferable Payments: Payments cannot be transferred to other people or used for different services.

    •    Financing: minimum transaction to finance is $400. Must apply and and be approved prior to booking your appointment.

🚫 Refusal of Service

    •    VAZ employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons (e.g., aggressive behavior, unrealistic expectations, or contraindications).

✏️ Touch-Up & Correction Policies

    •    Touch-Up Timeline: Touch-ups must be done within a set time frame (4-8 weeks) Anything after this timeframe will have an additional cost.

    •    No Touch-Ups on Other Artists’ Work: Unless approved, work done by another artist is considered a new session. All artist’s require an initial service price. Clients can not receive a “touch up” price without paying the initial service price FIRST.

    •    Results Vary Disclaimer: Skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare impact results; no guarantee of outcome.

Photos & Videos

As part of our commitment to showcasing authentic results and maintaining transparency, all clients are required to consent to before and after photos and videos of their procedure. These visuals are an essential part of our artistry, used exclusively for educational, portfolio, and marketing purposes (website, social media, and training materials).

 

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that your procedure may be photographed and or filmed for these purposes. Clients who do not consent to photos or videos unfortunately cannot be serviced at our studio.

 

Please not that deposits are non refundable. These guidelines are posted on both our website and booking site , and our artists remind clients to review them before booking.
